Alex Rielo is absolutely amazing. The second I walked in. He made me feel like I was at home, and I was very welcome. Offered me something to drink made my short  wait time well worth being there very very respectable far above my expectations and well worth going to use his services if you ever need it he is far above the rest and if you want the best go see him I will hundred percent go back if I need to thank you so much, Alex. This was my first time buying a car online, and Alice made the entire process incredibly smooth! I live in Clermont and was worried about all the paperwork it’s a lot and must all ready when I drive to Ocala , but he guided me step-by-step from A to Z. Every time I called, he answered right away and was extremely helpful—he even responded when I called him on a Sunday. He took care of the registration, texted me to remind me to save all of my receipts, and helped organize everything so I could get my rebuilt inspection done smoothly at the M&L facility in Ocala. Whether you are buying an online car or a brand new car, I highly recommend working with a professional like Alec. Alex was amazing with his knowledge and expertise. He made the process of getting the right paperwork for DMV, super easy.
